Our own school app, built for our teachers and our families. From the morning check-in to each new skill, our teachers record it and share it with you. The poster above shows three of its screens. Here is what each one is for.

Check-in card — for parents

When your child is checked in at reception, a card goes to your family channel: the day and date, your child’s class, the time of arrival, and who recorded it.

Montessori progress — for teachers

Giraffe Class teachers keep each child’s Montessori record on the app, lesson by lesson — pouring water, the buttoning frame, the Pink Tower, the colour tablets — marking each one as presented, practising or mastered. The same record feeds the child’s term progress.

Daily care diary — for teachers

In the nursery classes the teacher records the day as it happens: morning snack, lunch, milk, nap, mood and temperature, with a note and a photo when there is something to show.

Why we built it ourselves

Big on Character. Close as a Family. That is easier to live up to when nothing about a child’s day is lost between the classroom and home. The app was built around the people who use it every day — our teachers and our families — and around the three moments that matter most to a parent: arrival, learning, and care.

Tours run during school hours and take about half an hour. The office is open Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–12:00 — book a visit through the link below and we will show you the app on a teacher’s phone.
